          Oyster Mushroom Fry

iNGREDIENTS

  1. 100g oyster mushroom, layers divided
  2. 1 tbsp butter
  3. 1 clove garlic, mashed
  4. 2 green onions, chopped
  5. Salt to taste
  6. A few black peppercorns
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Melt butter in a non stick pan.
  2. Add mashed garlic and saute it for a minute.
  3. Then toss in oyster mushrooms. Cover it and cook for a few minutes.
  4. Add chopped green onions, salt and peppercorns, stir.
  5. Cook them until mushrooms get golden.
  6. Serve hot.
